I remember when I was known for my black outfits: just dark stuff in general. I had my black outfits and I had my serious face. My friends advised me to tone down on the darkness: "Wear bright colors so you look young--- your age." I thought they had a point. Except I didn't know what I know now. That is, I could also change my serious face.
It's taken years but I have a softer look. I smile more often and I'm shifting closer and closer to my former black. It looks hotter than ever on me. In lace, silk, satin, polyester, whatever.
I daresay "black" looks good on you too. If you have fat bulging in the wrong areas and you are wondering how to
hide it at some event tonight or this weekend, wear a girdle and a black dress. Hide your flaws in black. If you do not appreciate your arms, don't wear a sleeveless or tube dress; wear a short-sleeved or long sleeved one. But black will do you justice.
Flipping through my June/July issue of Harper's Bazaar, I came across a hot black Lanvin dress and was instantly inspired to showcase other Lanvin hot blackies!
